Getting different IP addresses in scapy

Output:

Scapy is not working, it gives me different IPs. I'm not using any proxies.

The first line is (I'm assuming from the private address) your machine sending data to 20.42.65.85, the next two are the host 34.233.187.197 sending packets to your IP. See how the from IP matches the to?

These might not be a single session.
