Regression analysis: Obtain point estimates

Obtain point estimates of the following: (1) the difference in the mean robbery rate in cites that differ by one unit in population density, (2) the mean robbery rate last year in cities with population density X = 60, (3) ε10, (4) σ2.

Hi, I'm having difficulty solving this question. Could someone help me? X is the population density of the city (number of people per unit area), and Y is the robbery rate last year (number of tobberies per 100,000 people). I have:

robbery

1 209 59
2 180 49
3 195 75
4 192 54

12 212 94
13 205 47
