Strapi: How can export/import collection types and single types from strapi?

I am using Strapi in my NEXT.JS project.

I used this plugin Config Sync to export all configuration data but when I imported them everything was imported except collection types and single types.

Is there a way to export everything before deployment and then import it into the deployed CMS or how does this work?

Development Database: sqlLite

Production Database: Mysql or Postgres
