Test a healthy SQLite database

I have an SQLite database running on Linux based operating system. I want to check the integrity and consistency of the database. This post said that PRAGMA integrity_check should do the job for a broken database. What about a healthy database for a regular check? I saw also this post and it is recommended to use isDatabaseIntegrityOk. However, it is only for android. Is there anything similar for Linux-based OS?
