Do React Native not allow a-frame to drag up or down

I would using the react native to create the mobile application. One of the page would need to using the webview with the a-frame scene In this page, I can display the webview with the panorama image. I can drag to left and right to control the view of the Aframe.

However, I cannot drag to up or down. Would any method to allow react native support drag up or down on the webview?
