The ShipperHQ Lead scoring mechanism uses 3 properties to measure interaction/quality of lead. The higher the scores the more likely the lead is to convert and the higher priority assigned to connecting with this lead/contact.
Below are definitions of each and linked here is a spreadsheet containing the rubric (what properties and values increase/decrease score): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QFbmjWW0-WERHISQ-kxp7YCQQUhz0syOibE0OfVK9ew/edit#gid=0
1.) HubSpot Score - A score/measure of how closely a contact matches our buyer persona. It uses data such as company size, platform, vertical, job title, location, personal email vs business email, and if we have a phone number or not to score the contact.
The higher the score, the more interested SHQ should be in the contact. This is used to automatically push MQL’s to Sales and help prioritize leads.
2.) SHQ Account Score - A score/measure of how interactive a contact is within the ShipperHQ dashboard.
The more SHQ setup items they complete during trial, the more features they adopt, the more logins they have, etc. all increase the SHQ Account Score. This helps qualify/prioritize leads by being able to see a measure of how interactive a contact is within the SHQ dashboard. The more they use SHQ, the more likely they are to convert into a customer.
3.) Engagement Tracker Score - A score/measure of how interactive a contact is with marketing assets. This helps to get an idea of how interested a contact is in ShipperHQ. The higher their engagement tracker score, the more they have read about SHQ and/or pursued more information on the product.
The more pages on the website they visit, the more forms they fill out, links they click, emails they open, meetings they have, etc. the higher their engagement tracker score increases. Once they reach a score of 5, they will be automatically MQL’d
4.) Marketing Interaction Data Object - This object is updated and lists any marketing interaction a contact has had. It is meant to capture the marketing touchpoints a contact has had during their lifecycle.
Each time the engagement tracker score is increased, there should be an activity added to the contact’s Marketing Interaction Data object/record explaining the increase in score. (Examples include: event attended, page visited, link clicked, email opened, form submitted, became subscriber, meeting had, etc.)
