How to filter listings through category or tags?

I'm using a plugin to show car listings. I've an inventory page where the listings are being shown. the inventory page have some filters like filter through price, filter by make, filter by model and more. I've an inventory dropdown menu in my site with some pricing filters options and some more options like cars truck suvs electric vehicles and more I want to add a link in these menu items which should show the cars, trucks or specified clicked option listings on inventory page. I dont know how to achieve this.
