I am working of SVM Classifier.The model is predicting 70% accuracy but confusion matrix is [[81 0] [35 0]]

I am working of blood donation prediction project using SVM Classifier.The model is predicting 70% accuracy but confusion matrix is [[81 0] [35 0]]. How can i make model to predict true negative too?
