Inside a Chrome Extension, I can detect a normal reload of a web page with chrome.webRequest.onBeforeRequest.addListener.
Is there any way to find out, if this reload is a hard reload (<Shift+F5>)?
I tried to detect this with chrome.webRequest.onBeforeSendHeaders.addListener and chrome.webRequest.onSendHeaders.addListener in the hope there could be a cache-control header, but there is no one.
I would like to have an event, to detect all enclosed images should be reloaded and block the reloading of it.
I'm using manifest V3.
