i started getting blocked by CORS after hours of working just fine

i was making XMLHttpRequest and getting the information from a twitch website without a problem, but hours later the same exact code was getting blocked by CORS policy, and all websites i tried to make request will also get blocked by CORS policy, i've tested this same problem in other devices and the status code is the same.

function reqListener () {
  console.log(this.status);
}

var oReq = new XMLHttpRequest();
oReq.addEventListener("error", reqListener);
oReq.open("GET", "https://tmi.twitch.tv/group/user/xqc/chatters");
oReq.send();
