How can I allow flying mounts to be used in all zones in AzerothCore?

I've set up AzerothCore on a fresh AWS instance, as this is my first time using this particular core. I would like to make it possible to use flying mounts in the regular world, mostly as a time-saving measure. However, I can not seem to find where, specifically, the wrong-zone trigger is for flying auras.
