My issue is randomly my app will crash and throw the following error:
@pragma("vm:external-name", "AssertionError_throwNew")
external static _doThrowNew(
int assertionStart, int assertionEnd, Object? message);
════════ Exception caught by scheduler library ═════════════════════════════════
The following assertion was thrown during a scheduler callback:
'package:flutter/src/animation/animation_controller.dart': Failed assertion: line 822 pos 12: 'elapsedInSeconds >= 0.0': is not true.
I have seen ALOT of these errors and not any solutions, but no one does enough debugging to find the source of the issue. After TONS of debugging, I have narrowed it down to only android phones with the "Adaptive Motion Smoothness" (Automatically adjusts your screen refresh rate up to 120Hz) feature. If I manually go into settings and turn the Motion Smoothness to "Standard" (60Hz Refresh Rate) I stop seeing the issue. I cannot find a way to lock a flutter app to a certain frame rate. Any help would be appreciated!
