Convert angular project to PWA

I am new to angular and its my first project.... i want to convert my angular project to PWA ...i tried ng add @angular/pwa it shows schematic/utility error so i put ng add @angular/pwa13 and it works fine.... then i build my code & upload in server also .. its shows install option and give install means my url page open in pwa popup .. but i try to open in start page option like home screen option means it load blank white page there is no output in that page... Again i go to browser and search url means there is one option to open your app & i give open that page redirect to pwa page as popup and shows output ... i dont known where is the problem comes...
