I accidentally deleted all the movement animations for the unity starter assets third person controller. Is there a way to re-inport them?

I tried to inport some gun handling animations into my project and accidentally clicked on replace, effectively deleting the starter assets' animations. I'm afraid I might have to restart the entire project.
