I have a mobile app running on Android and iOS and for marketing purposes I would like to know if setting the Google Analytics SDK in them I can make an advertising campaign through Google Ads that excludes the users that already use my app.
I'm not really into advertising and I wanted to ask for advice since I haven't found a clear answer about it.
