How do you change the port while creating an python3 -m http.server for a form?

As a beginner in html, I am trying to make an example form in Google Cloudshell using the code python3 -m http.server. The port automatically used is always port 8000. Earlier, I had a project running on port 8000 (that project has been deleted) but when I do a web preview it takes me to the old project. Is there any way I can change the ort used for the python3 -m http.server command, or something that can clear my port 8000?

Thank you!!
