<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<set xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">
    <translate
        android:duration="@android:Integer/config_mediumAnimTime"
        android:fromYDelta="100%p"
        android:toYDelta="0" />
</set>

after this code i got this error

@android:Integer/config_mediumAnimTime' is incompatible with attribute duration (attr) integer.

I think the error is due to the fact that you put the letter P after 100%

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<set xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">
<translate
    android:duration="@android:Integer/config_mediumAnimTime"
    android:fromYDelta="100%p" //<<--here
    android:toYDelta="0" />
</set>

or specify just a milliseconds in "duration"
