Good morning everyone, I've been having a issue with NPM recently. I've been trying to install express and cors on my external hard drive using WSL. Yet, if I run the command: npm install express cors on a WSL terminal, I'm thrown an error that is shown below:

Yet, if I run it in a regular command prompt without WSL. Everything works as expected. I would think this would be a permission issue for the external hard drive but I also tried running the command with sudo and was thrown the same error. What can I do by chance?
