Standalone figure from PlotlyJS with Julia in Jupyter notebook

I'm using a Jupyter notebook to write some Julia code. I'd like to make an interactive figure using the PlotlyJS backend to Plots.jl. Is there a way to make the plot appear in a standalone window (like it would if I ran from the REPL) as opposed to showing up inline in the notebook?
