Tooltips have no pointers in 5.1.3 version of Bootstrap for angular

None of the tooltips have pointers after upgrading from BS4 to BS5. They just show the data with black background and white color text without pointers. I could observe ::before being not used when tooltip appears. I have included popper.js and jquery libraries properly. Kindly provide a fix for this
