some lines of the text files which will be used to create the environment are like this:
# This file may be used to create an environment using:
# $ conda create --name <env> --file <this file>
# platform: linux-64
_libgcc_mutex=0.1=conda_forge
_openmp_mutex=4.5=1_gnu

I am using a virtual box (VirtualBox-6.1.34a) inside windows 10 and the os is ubuntu 20.04 LTS I searched some but they are suggesting the following command for each package, but I have a lot of packages and manually doing it will be impossible.
conda config --add channels conda-forge
