I am trying to simulate using the below command
rmarkovchain(n=5, object=weather, t0="sunny")
and this gives a simulation for initial state "sunny"
[1] "sunny" "sunny" "sunny" "rain" "sunny" "cloudy"
But I want to automatically reiterate this for many initial states t0 (they aren't all the same) and the data for t0 is stored in a CSV file (100 initial states).
So I essentially want 100 five-step simulations and store them neatly somehow.
How would I do this?
