We've got an issue connected with Weglot, that happened 50 times for a month. The problem is
Cannot fetch Weglot options. Is your key correct?
We can't reproduce this issue and we don't have a feedback from our users.
Also we can't find nformation about this issue.
This issue hapenned ony in few landing pages and we don't get it from others.
So I'm wondering why this happening and what should we do with it?
Could someone help with this problem?
Weglot Support here. The "Cannot fetch Weglot options. Is your key correct?" error message can be related to several issues. It means that Weglot is not able to find the settings related to the API Key added to your website source whereas the Weglot script is present in the source. Could you first be sure that the API key is the one you'll find into your Weglot account => https://dashboard.weglot.com/settings/setup/ If the API key is the correct one, could you be sure that the Weglot.initialize script code is the one provided on the very same Weglot account page as the one in your website source? If it still doesn't work could you maybe share your website URL so we can investigate further the issue on your website?
