TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'NativeUnimoduleProxy.viewManagersNames.includes')

I upgraded expo from sdk 44 to sdk 45 and I get those 2 errors that I can't solve.

 ERROR  TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'NativeUnimoduleProxy.viewManagersNames.includes')
 ERROR  Invariant Violation: "main" has not been registered. This can happen if:
 * Metro (the local dev server) is run from the wrong folder. Check if Metro is running, stop it and restart it in the current project.
 * A module failed to load due to an error and `AppRegistry.registerComponent` wasn't called.

Any idea how can I fix it? The app is a managed expo project.

Here are the two steps I followed to resolve the issue in my case

 1. expo install expo-modules-core
 2. AppRegistry.registerComponent(() => Root); in index.js file
