node.js - self signed certificate in certificate chain at npm install winax/win32ole package

When I try to install winax or win32ole package

I get the following error below

I tried:

1. npm config set strict-ssl false and

2. set NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0 and

3. npm config set ca ""
