Compiling Error - skipping incompatible when searching for

I'm on Windows 11 and for didactic purpose I'm trying to compile in 32 bit a C code (.c) with linked Assebly code (.s), with the following command:

gcc -m32 <file.c> <file.s> -o <name_file>

but the compilation failed reporting the error present in the attached file.

The MinGW version that I use is: x86_64-8.1.0-posix-seh-rt_v6-rev0

Any ideas on how I can fix it?
