Is it possible to display a pop-up balloon message on the taskbar during the inno setup installer?
I know it can be done through PowerShell, but I'm looking for a way to do it with an API function or a COM object and etc.

I found a little free software in open source, which can be downloaded from here.
The use is easy and simple, run the software without parameters and get the instructions for use. Available in 32 or 64 bit version.
It can be added to the installer (adds a little more than 170 KB), of course copyright must be taken into account.
