Single Access Key / Dichotomous Key with Textbox [P5JS]

I'm trying to create a single access key with p5js. Basically, a program (I attached an image) where if you input a value, the question changes, and then eventually leads to a boolean. I've scanned the libraries and can't find a great resource. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks :)
