I want to automate the nexus release process by using the maven release plugin in my azure devops pipeline. However, I have an issue with the maven release plugin, because of it's tendency to make 2 commits. In the beginning, I had a trigger for every commit to master, but because of that, my pipeline was running the whole day (oops). Because of this, I set the trigger to none.
How can I make sure that my release process is fully automated, without having my pipeline running for the whole day?
