I try to host my ASP.NET webapplication using this guide:

Now i am faceing problems with "Configure a proxy server". I dont understand what i should do and how. First i installed dotnet on my linux virutell machine. Next i tried
dotnet add package Microsoft.AspNetCore.HttpOverrides --version 2.2.0
But it says no project found!
I have a directory /var/www/webapp, where the release folder (as described in the doc) and the package is included.
Please tell me how to set up the proxy server, I think in the documentation should be clear, but I still dont understand it and Im struggling with the first step. The next steps are also confusing me.
