How to correctly authorize google analytics on NodeJS?

I am trying to retrieve my analytics data using NodeJS.

Steps I've performed:

  1. Created a service account and added it to analytics users as an administrator.
  2. Generated PEM file with this service account.
  3. Created an API key credential (because it was required by my url)
