Mercurial (HG) Cloning Repos hosted on Phabricator Gets 500 Error Code

When I try to run command hg clone http://phabricator.example.com/source/HTTPGit/, return 500 error: abort: HTTP Error 500: Error 1: ** unknown exception encountered, please report by visiting. The Mercurial repo is hosting on Phabricator. And It works to clone Git repos by HTTP. The access log in Apache HTTP Server is:

[STATUS 401] [REQ GET /source/HTTPGit/?cmd=capabilities HTTP/1.1] Referer: -; UA: mercurial/proto-1.0 (Mercurial 5.9.3)
[STATUS 200] [REQ GET /source/HTTPGit/?cmd=capabilities HTTP/1.1] Referer: -; UA: mercurial/proto-1.0 (Mercurial 5.9.3)
[STATUS 500] [REQ GET /source/HTTPGit/?cmd=listkeys&namespace=bookmarks HTTP/1.1] Referer: -; UA: mercurial/proto-1.0 (Mercurial 5.9.3)

There is not error in Phabricator Daemon log and HTTPd error log.

Now, I don't know which service is wrong with the error code, Apache HTTP Server, Phabricator, Mercurial, or something else? I have noticed Mozilla and Mercurial are using Phabricator to host Mercurial repos, so I believe there is a way to work out.

ENV:

  1. OS: RHEL 8.5
  2. Mercurial (Server): 4.8.3
  3. Mercurial (Client): 5.9.3
  4. Phabricator: Promote 2021 Week 50 (5c5b7daaeba3041c1238495e9205f3d1710f46a7)
