Hello everyone I'm facing issue with running heroku server locally I believe there's more then one error but I don't know what is the main issue. I have add procfile and the database configuration as provided bellow in the code.

The exception is telling you that the bean can't be created because you haven't defined the property spring.datasource.url.

If you're using a yml configuration, (for example in src/main/resources you have the file application.yml), open it and add the datasource property under "spring":

If you're using a properties file the format changes to

spring.datasource.url= # db connection url here

I got the same problem. Even though my configuration was correct:

spring.datasource.url=jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/<your_data_base_name>

I was missing maven dependency:
