Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get')

Check the code bellow. In my chorome extension code i am getting error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get') when i try to read cookie. Whats wrong i am doing here?
