I want to create some private query function, but I cannot find any example of using UDF in IoTDB. Can anyone give me some example of how to use UDF in IoTDB?

Yes. IoTDB has supported UDF since version 0.12.0. Users need to create a UDF class who inherits UDTF, implement several of these functions, package this class into jar-with-dependencies and put it in the ext/udf folder. Finally, you need to register the UDF through the CREATE FUNCTION statement, and you can use it after that. UDF examples are also provided in the IoTDB source code, under the examples/udf-example folder.
