How retrieve "links" element in the static Street View request for metadata

I would like to ask, how can I retrieve with a static street view request for metadata ( https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/streetview/metadata? ) a comprehensive set of metadata like that Maps JavaScript API provides with a function StreetViewService.getPanorama. In particular, I want a list of linked points, which JavaScript API returns in the form
