Visualising Nested Dictionary Python

I'm currently trying to visualize a nested dictionary in python.

My Dict looks like this essentially:

{Iteration1: {Agent1:State1, Agent2:State1, Agent3:State1, ...},
 Iteration2: {Agent1:State2, Agent2:State3, Agent3:State1, ...},
 Iteration3: {Agent1:State1, Agent2:State0, Agent3:State3, ...}
}

Between the iterations, the agents can change their states and there are 5 states in total they alternate between.

I would like to have the iterations on the x-axis, the agents on the y axis, and the data points to be colour-coded depending on their state.

I don't know how to achieve this tho.
