Customize header title of iframe when serving base64 encoded PDF

this happens on Chrome

what is the workaround to change it? see image below

<iframe width="100%" height="100%" src="data:application/pdf;base64,${data}" type="application/pdf" />

the header title is showing the ${data} value (I believe)
