Not able to launch Enterprise App after upgrading my device to iOS 15

I have this enterprise application with objective C code, working fine with iOS 14, but after Xcode 13 build, it is working fine with the iOS 15 simulator, but the device. a black screen is popping up and the app is crashing itself. Even the didFinishWithLaunching is not executing. Anyone can help me With this? CodeDirectory is v=20400 With further investigation with device logs I found this :
