How to run Amazon Native Shopping Ads on react app?

I have a script and div tag from amazon to put ads on my site but when I put them in my app the ads do not show up.

The code from amazon looks like this:

I have tried adding the

<script async src="//z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/onejs? 
MarketPlace=US&adInstanceId=xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx"></script>

to the index.html file as well as something like this

 MarketPlace=US&adInstanceId=xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx";

The <div tag is in the return of my functional component, but no ads show up. Any help is very appreciated.

I got a response from Amazon.

The Native Shopping Ads (NSA) BETA was paused on March 15 2021, hence your ad code for NSA will no longer render ads from Amazon on your website. This will affect Associates located in the UK, CA, and other EU countries. This also includes NSA ads created under the US Associates Program for people in any other country.
