In your app, you call JobScheduler.getAllPendingJobs(). It will get all the pending jobs for your app.
If you mean across all apps, you can't.
Use this adb dumpsys command and grep your jobId or package name to see more specific details.
e.g -> adb shell dumpsys jobscheduler | grep com.example.abcd
