с++ winforms.dataGridView. how to color table cells?

I want to give color to the diagonal cells of the table

..
        if (i == j) {
            dataGridView3->Rows[i]->Cells[j]->Style->BackColor..
}
..

what should follow after BackColor?

I kind of figured out how to do it in c#, but I didn't understand it in c++
