Java maven can't start app on Heroku. Error H10 (app crashed)

So I was trying to deploy my project but it shows and error so I did heroku logs --tail I got this type of error

So adding Pom.xml and Procfile for your references.

web: Java $JAVA_OPTS -jar target/dependency/webapp-runner.jar –port $PORT target/trial.war

So if someone can help me out in this. And I dont know why there is no webapp-runner.jar in Pom.xml should I need to add it manually or there is something I need to install.
