Is there a way to create a single event via an ICS file using webcal without creating a separate calendar?

I want to share a single event to outlook via ICS file using webcal.

I use a following link: webcal://localhost/test2.ics. After adding I got two separate calendars:

But if I add the same file by double click or drag and drop, it will be added as a single event to my calendar:

New event in my calendar

Is there any way to get the same behavior using webcal?
