Getting this error Schema validation failed with the following errors: Data path "" should have required property 'browserTarget'. when I try to run my project with ng serve.

I am not sure what exactly is causing the issue, I have tried reinstalling Angular and cleaning the cache. I have also made sure my Angular local and global are on the same version.
