Given the following class:
public class A {
private Boolean attribute;
public Boolean getAttribute () {
return this.attribute;
}
public Boolean setAttribute (Boolean b) {
this.attribute = b;
}
}
How could I access the private field from class A, from a documentation comment in another class, in the following manner, in order to specify that this field is changed at some point in the documented method, even if is not directly accessed?
public class B {
/**
* This method turns the {@link A#attribute} attribute to false.
*/
public turnOffField (A a) {
//...
}
}
The above {@link A#attribute} is just a representation, since, as you would imagine, it doesnt work.
NOTE: In my case the documentation comments are not aimed to generate javadocs pages, instead they are meanted to serve as inside documentation, only for developers to consume. So command-line's options like -produce doesnt fill the purpouse in this case.
