Could not determine the dependencies of task ':app:compileDebugJavaWithJavac'. having issue's in Cordova

I always get these errors while building my Cordova project and i tried updating everything in SDK manager and acceppting all licenses but i still get these error's. how can I fix this?

as the outpus sais, the Build Tools revision 31.0.0 is apparently corrupted. All you need to do is:

  1. Open Android Studio
  2. Go to Tools, SDK Manager
  3. On SDK Tools, click on Show Package details
  4. On Android SDK Build-Tools 31, uncheck the version 31.0.0 and check the 30.0.3
  5. Click on Apply, and it'll install the version.

First delete anything folders and files. re install everything

in root folder disk:

in program files dele forder before uninstall software android studio in panel of control or Config->Apps

and re install android studio. this error made me lose 4 hours, and the best thing I did was completely delete everything. this error is because you have two build-tools registered, you can use. $> ns setup. to set up a new environment
