Change outerHtml code when insert image in Summernote

How I can custom outerHtml when I insert image in Summernote.

e.g: when I insert image I want html is <a> tag instead of <img> tag

<img src="https://source.unsplash.com/xAgvgQpYsf4/240x160" />

or insert some data to <img> tag

<img data-src="abc" src="https://source.unsplash.com/xAgvgQpYsf4/240x160" />
