_47 leaves there because you haven't replaced it.
=REGEXREPLACE(Input!I28:I,"([A-Za-z]+)_([A-Za-z]+)_([A-Za-z]+)_([A-Za-z]+)_([A-Za-z]+)_([A-Za-z]+)_([A-Za-z]+).*$", "$1_$2_$3_$6")
A different approach:
