dpkg install error on ubuntu-docker arm64

I'm building a docker multi arch image with buildx. Ubuntu 20.04 is my base image. I run RUN apt-get update and then want to install some packages. With the platform linux/amd64 everything works fine. However, if the platform is linux/arm64 my build fails when installing a package or upgrading the system with the following error:
